E-mail and push notifications
OperCrew automatically sends notifications during certain events, for example: assignment / removal of a service from a client, the registration of a payment or informing of an overdue payment.
The main channel for delivering notifications is the email. Please make sure that our emails do not end up in Spam or Bulk folders. If this happened - mark this message as not spam.
Push notifications are delivered if you have our mobile application installed. Therefore we recommend to offer your customers installing it on their smartphone.
Most notifications are delivered during the action. Only debt notifications are sent automatically by our robot at 9:00 GMT+2 according to the following algorithm:
- Two days before the expected payment
- Two days after missing a payment
- Every ten days from the date of the debt
